Austin did a great job and was very informative. We live out of town and only had two days to look as many prospects as possible before we had to head home. Austin scheduled several showings that we had picked and was very through with locations and times. He was very prepared with information for each showing and gave us the information we needed to make a decision. Throughout the entire process I was very impressed with his communication skills. He kept us in the loop through every detail. After we decided on a place to buy he had a scheduled vacation out of town and continued to keep us in the loop to make sure the closing was a success. Austin demonstrates a consideration and care that you would expect from a close friend/family member. He does more even when it means he gets less. I'm trusting him with future housebuys. Not only does he do extra but he helps with problems you wouldnt  have the Gaul to ask for
